Blackbook rosé is made from pinot noir grapes sourced from Clayhill Vineyard in nearby Essex. The grapes are hand-picked into small crates then travel the short distance to their Urban Winery in Battersea. After a short cold soak, the grapes are whole bunched pressed and fermented in old French oak. The wine spends a further six months on lees in tank and barrel. The result is an expressive and textured rosé.
Pair with: Soft and hard cheese, salmon or tuna sushi.
