Camel Valley Rose Brut is a great example of how good English Sparkling rose wine can be. Camel Valley sparkling Pinot Noir Rose Brut is made in the South West of England on the banks of the Camel River, just outside a town called Bodmin. Bob Lindo and his wife Annie plated the first vines in 1989 and have been making award winning wine ever since. All Camel Valley wine is now being made by their son Sam who took over in the early 2000’s.
Camel Valley Rose Brut is a fresh and traditional sparkling rose wine made from Pinot Noir grapes. It is classy, champagne method gem full of fresh strawberry and raspberry aromas and flavours. A lovely sparkling wine with a good acidic backbone which keeps it fresh for those warm summer nights.
Pair with: Smoked salmon blini’s.
