Maison Charles Frey is a certified organic Grand Cru vineyard located in Alsace, France. The Frey family are known for their dedication to environmental sustainability and producing high quality organic wine.
In 1997, after several years of research and convinced by naturally good wines, the Frey Family converted the entire farm to organic and biodynamic viticulture, becoming at the same time one of the pioneers in Alsace.
Charles Frey Pinot Gris Symbiose is an excellent quality dry white wine. In the glass it will be golden straw in colour. You can expect typical Pinot Gris aromas of peach flesh and lemon zest.
The freshness of the fruit really stands out along with the Charles Frey Pinot Gris Symbiose’s elegance, minerality and drinkability.
Pair with: Poached or roast chicken along with seafood.

A half bottle of wine contains 37.5cl of wine. The standard measure for one glass of wine is 17cl. Therefore you get 2.5 glasses of wine in each half bottle.
