Di Giovanna is among the oldest viticulturalist family’s in Sicily. The family property is now managed by brothers Gunther and Klaus Di Giovanna. Their organically cultivated vineyards are nestled in the mountainside of Monte Genuardo, a protected nature reserve in the heart of the Terre Sicane zone. Outside of the world of wine, they also produce high-quality olive oil. Each year in early October, the olives are hand-picked each day, transported to the mill in small crates and cold pressed on the same harvest day. This ensures that the olive oil preserves all of its healthful characteristics and freshness. Gerbino is a medium intensity olive oil, pale green in color. It’s distinct olive scent is complemented by complex aromas that hint of grasses, flowers, tomato leaf and artichoke. Pair with: Crusty Focaccia This is a standard 25cl bottle of certified organic olive oil. By purchasing this product you confirm you will recycle the packaging and care about the environment. Delivery: We deliver to UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) using DPD Local for £2.95. We will dispatch the order on a next working day service so it will be delivered within 3 working days of purchase. DPD will email you a tracking reference once they have picked up the order items from us and provide you with a delivery slot for the following working day.
