The Espinosa family established the ‘Bodegas y Vinedos Diez-Merito’ in March 2016. However, the history of this Bodega dates back to 1760. Small vineyards and Bodegas are being added under a foundation heavily soaked in centuries of sherry-making. A historic setting, in the heart of Jerez, is truly the place where Sherry should be made.
Diez Merito Victoria Manzanilla Sherry is a 75cl bottle of dry sherry made from Palomino grapes. Diez Merito Victoria Manzanilla has been aged for more than three years, under the ‘Soleras and Criaderas’ system in 500 litre American oak casks. In your glass Diez Merito Victoria Manzanilla will be pale gold and have sharp and citrus driven nose with a hint of camomile. In the mouth Diez Merito Victoria Manzanilla will be very dry with a citrus backbone complimented by typical dry sherry flavours of almonds and nuts. Serve chilled.
Pair with: Green olives, ajo blanco or soft cheese.
