Since the 1990s, the Fleury Estate has been making stunning Champagne in line with organic, bio-dynamic farming principles, with vines which were planted back in 1970.
This Fleury Champagne Blanc de Noirs is a perfect example of what the Fleury estate can do. Fleury Champagne Blanc de Noirs is decadent, delightfully refreshing and rich in complexity. Fleury Champagne is run by innovators. The vineyard was started in 1894, when Emile Fleury planted the first crop of Pinot Noir, following a phylloxera outbreak.
Then in 1929, a time when economic crisis hurt small winegrowers, Robert Fleury pivoted to become one of the growers of ‘Southern Champagne’. All growers’ Champagne could be seen to come from them.
Current winemaker, Jean-Pierre, took the reins in 1970 and oversaw a conversion to biodynamic farming. These vines from the 1970s grow the grapes which you’ll find in the Champagne they produce today.

The Fleury Champagne estate is located in the southern portion of the Champagne region, in the town of Courteron. The region is formed of clay-limestone hillsides created by the first tributaries of the famous Seine.
