The Gonzalez Byass Premium Range is a collection of authentic, premium quality sherries. This range is made in a traditional style using the finest quality grapes from vineyards owned by Gonzalez Byass in the “Jerez Superior” zone in the south of Spain.
Gonzalez Byass Nectar Pedro Ximénez Sherry is rich, sweet and velvety smooth on the palate. Gonzalez Byass Nectar shows complex flavours of caramel, dried fruits, figs, mocha, nuts and spices and is a perfect match for all sweet desserts.

Fino or dry sherry wines are served chilled, between 6-9 degrees centigrade. Sweet Sherry wines like cream and Pedro Ximenez should be served at room temperature.

Sherry has a number of different styles from bone dry Fino to really sweet Pedro Ximenez. If you are serving Fino Sherry then this pairs well with green olives, hard cheese and cold Gazpacho soup. If you are serving sweet Cream or Pedro Ximenez Sherry then these will pair well with soft cheeses.
