This is a fantastic introductory selection of certified organic Italian wines. This mixed selection is comprised of one bottle of white wine and two bottles of red wine. All wines sourced directly from small, independent vineyards from across Italy. In this Italian wine box you will receive the following bottles of wines – Arneis from Mario Giribaldi in Piemonte: Arneis is an indigenous grape to northern Italy and it translates to ‘little rascal’ in the mother tongue. Expect lots of floral aromas, apples and a combination of passionflower and peach. Food Paring: starters, fish, sushi, shell fish and light cheese. 13% abv. – Montepulciano from Tenuta Arabona in Abruzzo: Mia Natural Montepulciano is a natural unfiltered wine full of red and black berries along with a nice bit of black pepper and tannin. Food Pairing: roasted lamb shoulder, potatoes and root vegetables. Alternatively a sausage ragu will also work well. 13% abv. – Sangiovese from Leone Conti in Emilia Romagna: Never Walk Alone is a small production Sangiovese just outside of Bologna. Ruby red in colour with fresh cranberries, raspberries and a touch of violet on the nose. Food Pairing: Italian charcuterie selection, green olives and some hard cheese. 13% abv. All bottles are a standard 75cl.

Returns
