We deliver to UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) using DPD Local from £4.95. Your Riedel Performance Red Wine Decanter will be delivered within 3 working days of purchase. DPD will email you a tracking reference once they have picked up your order from us and provide you with a delivery slot for the following working day. After using the Riedel Performance Red Wine Decanter, rinse it thoroughly with warm water until the liquid runs clear. There is no need to use soap as no one has drunk from the decanter and alcohol remains a natural disinfectant.
Place a tea towel on the bench and place the red wine decanter upside down to let the water droplets run out.

You can wash wine glasses in the dishwasher however it is not recommend as it increases the risk of them smashing. The best way to wash wine glasses is to hand wash them in warm soapy water. You should dry them with a wine glass polishing cloth to stop water marks and get a crystal clear finish.

Yes. Select the bottle of wine you want to send as a gift and then on the checkout page mark the order as a gift. Once you do this a text box will appear where you can enter in your gift message. Note we do not include any pricing information with the delivery of the wine so the recipient will not know how much the bottle of wine gift cost.

It is recommended that you hand wash Riedel wine glasses and decanters with warm, soapy water. Once you have rinsed them in water we recommend you dry them with a cotton polishing cloth so they don’t dry with water marks. Riedel wine glassware can be washed in a dishwasher however this is not recommended as they can easily crack or smash.

Returns
