Albert & Mariona are a winemaking couple who devote their time to making delicious wine which is an expression of their region & culture. Their Paxtanga rosé is made from 100% Trepat, a grape native to their region in Conca De Barbera. The grapes are hand picked from 60 year old bush vines located on a single vineyard. Trepat is primarily used as a blending grape in red wines like Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Tempranillo. It is unusual to find a 100% Trepat, especially as a Rosé.
Together with: Grilled jerk chicken and a fresh garden salad.
