Trevibban Mill is located in Cornish country side in the south west of England. Established in 2008 it is also a working farm where the make fresh cider, liquors and organic chocolate. The winemaker and owner Engin and his wife Liz produce a range of both sparkling and still wines. They have a tasting room and cafe on site. Trevibban Mill Black Ewe dry white is made from 100% Chadonnay grapes and is a fine example of the quality English wine being produced today. The wine is a 2018 vintage which was very dry and warm. Once in your glass you will experience notes of green orchard fruits like apple and pear. In the mouth you will discover nice subtle acidity and a low alcohol wine (11%) which is characterised by fresh apples and zesty lemon.
Trevibban Mill Black Ewe 18′ will pair well with fish and chips.
