Trevibban Mill is located in Cornish country side in the south west of England. Established in 2008 it is also a working farm. The winemaker and owner Engin and his wife Liz produce a range of sparkling and still wines, along with other fresh produce from their farm. They have a tasting room and cafe on site so if you are in the region we highly recommend a visit.
Trevibban Mill Blanc De Blanc is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes and is a fine example of the quality English sparkling wine being produced today. 2014 was a great vintage in the Cornish wine region. Once in your glass you will experience notes of biscuit, apples and brioche . In the mouth you will discover savoury notes, crisp apples and good acidity.
The wine will pair well with fresh oysters and squeeze of fresh lemon juice to start. For a main meal we recommend crab linguine.
