The Trevibban Mill Blanc de Blancs Brut is an exciting offering from Engin & Liz Mumcuoglu, who started Trevibban Mill Vineyard in 2008. The vineyards are located, in the town of Padstow, in Cornwall.

A leader in quality and innovation, Trevibban Mill is always looking for ways to improve the standard of the wine, while reducing the impact on the environment. This includes reducing the levels of sulphites in the wine and championing biodiversity. Trevibban Mill farms are also home to apple trees, chestnuts and sheep!

They have even obtained organic certification on all of the ciders they produce and a number of the wines.

Trevibban Mill Blanc de Blancs Brut is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes and is a fine example of the quality English sparkling wine being produced today. Trevibban Mill Blanc de Blancs Brut 2014 was a great vintage in the Cornish wine region. Once in your glass the Trevibban Mill Blanc de Blancs Brut displays notes of biscuit, apples and brioche. In the mouth you will discover savoury notes, crisp apples and good acidity. Trevibban Mill Blanc de Blancs Brut is refined, elegant and delicious!

Pair with: fresh oysters and squeeze of fresh lemon juice to start. For a main meal we recommend crab linguine.
