The Tsantali family is among the oldest wine families in Greece. The grapes are organically grown at the Tsantali family’s privately owned vineyard at Agios Pavlos in Halkidiki, at a total area of 17 hectares. Along with organic farming, integrated crop management and a holistic approach to sustainable agriculture is implemented. Tsantali was among the very first Greek wineries to implement certified organic farming since the early 2000’s in their vineyards located in Halkidiki, Mount Athos, Maronia and Rapsani.
Tsantali Cab Sav is a very good example of the quality red wines being produced in Greece. Expect some juicy red and black fruits along with some nice subtle spice.
