All products will be packaged securely in our reusable, branded Savage Vines black gift hamper box. The hamper box dimensions are 30cm x 41cm x 12cm and is protected in an outer carton as shown in the product images.
We deliver to UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) using DPD Local from £4.95. Your Veuve Champagne and Nibbles Hamper order will be delivered within 3 working days of purchase. DPD will email you a tracking reference once they have picked up your order from us and provide you with a delivery slot for the following working day. We deliver our wine gift hampers all over mainland UK. For customers in the Scottish Highlands their is a delivery premium added which is calculated once you enter the delivery address on the checkout page. Standard delivery across England, Scotland and Wales is £4.95 and your gift hamper will be delivered within 3 working days from the point of order. Premium delivery (next working day) is £7.95. Savage Vines gift hampers are packed in a custom designed rectangular branded black box which has a magnetic flip lid. All of the hamper items are neatly packed between black zig zag cardboard filler to stop them moving around and getting damaged when being delivered. This hamper box is protected by a brown cardboard outer box so it doesn’t get scuff marks or tears. In the individual hamper product images you will see a picture of both the black branded hamper box and cardboard outer carton.

Yes you can. On the checkout page you can select your order as containing a gift. Once this has been done a message box will appear and you can enter your personalised gift message which we will print out and include with the Gift Hamper.

Standard delivery costs £4.95 and your gift hamper will be delivered within 3 working days. Next working day delivery is available for orders placed before 10am which costs £7.95. You can select which delivery service you would like on the basket page. We use DPD to deliver our Wine Gift Hampers and they are delivered using their tracked and timed service.

No, Veuve Clicquot wines are not certified organic.
However, they have a number of commitments towards sustainability. These include; reduction of the use of chemicals, reduced water consumptions, recycling all waste and reducing their carbon footprint through lighter bottles.

Veuve Clicquot began in the 18th century, but gained even more traction under the leadership of Madame Clicquot in the 1800s. Her expertise and forward-thinking nature helped establish Veuve Clicquot as one of the premier drinks companies in the world.
She was determined to obtain the highest quality Champagne. This led to her inventing the riddling table. This is a means of clarifying Champagne that is still used today.

The Veuve Clicquot vineyards cover 393 hectares of land belonging to Veuve Clicquot to supply grapes to the House. It spreads over the very best Champagne growth areas: 12 of the 17 Grands Crus and 18 of the 44 Premiers Crus.

Returns
Savage Vines has a 30 day returns policy. If you are unhappy with an item or have changed your mind you are able to return the product to us and we will offer a substitution or process a full refund. Please email us [email protected] or call 0204 501 8436 and we will be happy to help.
