Zuschmann Schöfmann are a certified organic vineyard in the Weinviertal wine region. Their vineyard is located just 20 minutes drive outside Vienna in the north east of Austria. It is here where rolling hills gently flow from the Czech Republic into the Danube River, far away from the smog of industries and traffic.
Else Zuschmann and Peter Schöfmann love their work, producing hand crafted wines using organic farming methods to produce high quality Austrian sparkling and still wines.
As a winemaking family it is imperative for them to protect the ecosystem and biodiversity and recreate environmental balance.

On the nose there are scents of peach, lychee and white pepper. The wine is elegant with fresh stone fruits and has a nice dry and crisp finish.
