Cucumber Gin Spritz

Another lovely flavour combination is that of cucumber and prosecco. The light touch of cucumber goes remarkably well with the sparkling wine. We love to use Hendricks Gin as well to add somebody to the cocktail. Gin’s botanicals are a great flavour match also and overall make this a quaffable prosecco cocktail full of character.

Ingredients
  • 12.5ml Hendricks Gin
  • 5ml Sugar Syrup
  • Top Prosecco
Method
  • Step 1

    Take a cucumber and cut some slices from it and pop into your champagne flute. 

  • Step 2

    Add 12.5ml of Hendricks Gin, a dash of sugar syrup and top with Prosecco.
