Figgy Sparkler
The Figgy Sparkler is an unusual cocktail but its really very delicious. Figs are lovely fruits that have a beautiful sweet, honeyed flavour that works really well in a prosecco cocktail. Now Fig Liqueur is easy to come by then you would imagine, and a quick search online will find you plenty of fig liqueurs, we really like Esprit de Figures which is an absolute winner in our Figgy Sparkler.

- 25ml Esprit De Figues
- 100ml Prosecco
Method

Step 1
Take a flute and add 25ml of Esprit De figures.

Top up with Prosecco, approximately 100ml.

Garnish with a fig segment (if you have one!)
