- 150g Ball of Burrata (Buffalo Mozzarella Works A Treat As Well)
- 4 Peaches
- 60g Walnut Halves
- 50g Cucumber
- 120g Wild Rocket
- Dash of Tabasco (Optional)

Step 1
Let’s learn how to make a Grilled Peach and Burrata Salad. Wonderfully simple and delicious! Begin by halving or quartering the peaches and grill them evenly until they begin to soften.

Toast the walnuts.

Peel, half and deseed the cucumber. Then, slice into crescents.

Place the rocket on the bottom of the bowl. Then, layer the cucumber, walnuts, peaches and lastly the burrata.

Dress with some salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic. You’re good to go!
A little bit of tabasco on the peaches can be great for those who like a touch of spice.
