Ingredients
  • 15ml of Creme de Cassis
  • 125ml of Champagne (You can use Cremant if you want to save a bit of money)
  • Raspberries to garnish (Optional)
Method
  • Step 1

    Pour the Creme de Cassis into a Champagne flute so that it settles in the bottom of the glass.

  • Step 2

    Top the glass up with Champagne

  • Step 3

    Garnish with a fresh raspberry and serve
