How To Make A PX Affogato

How To Make A PX Affogato Is this a cocktail, or is this a dessert? This really depends on the eye of the beholder but we think it can fit into the cocktail word. You’ll certainly be slurping it down after a few scoops of cold ice cream. An Affogato is a classic Italian dessert which involves topping ice-cream with a shot of espresso. We have added in a touch of the syrupy, sweet Pedro Ximénez sherry to this as we think it ramps up both the warming quality and complexity, through adding a lovely mix of flavours.
