  • 1 Small Head of Lettuce
  • 50g Green Beans
  • 50g New Potatoes
  • 2 Eggs
  • 40g Tinned Sardines/Anchovies
  • 50g Tinned Tuna
  • 50g Black Olives
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard (For The Vinaigrette)
  • 50ml Olive Oil (For The Vinaigrette)
  • 25ml Lemon Juice (For The Vinaigrette)
Method
  • Step 1
