- 1 Small Head of Lettuce
- 50g Green Beans
- 50g New Potatoes
- 2 Eggs
- 40g Tinned Sardines/Anchovies
- 50g Tinned Tuna
- 50g Black Olives
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard (For The Vinaigrette)
- 50ml Olive Oil (For The Vinaigrette)
- 25ml Lemon Juice (For The Vinaigrette)

Step 1
Let’s learn how to make a Salad Niçosie. Combine the ingredients for the vinaigrette and store in the fridge.

Half the potatoes, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Then, roast them at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.

Step 3
Blanche the green beans in salted water for 5 to 6 minutes. Save the water to hard boil your eggs.

Step 4
Chop the lettuce into bite-size pieces.

Step 5
Toss the lettuce, green beans and potatoes with the vinaigrette.

Step 6
Break up the tuna and roughly chop the anchovies into bite-size pieces.

Step 7
Assemble the salad, placing big dollops of the fish mixture onto the top, with the quartered boiled eggs. Now you know how to make a salad niçosie.
