How To Make Baked Feta Pasta | 45 Minutes This dish has been doing the rounds of social media, leading some to referring to it as Tik Tok Pasta. However, this isn’t just a viral trend without substance. It’s actually delicious. It’s wonderfully easy and a great weeknight meal. You just need a baking dish and some pasta. Combine the two later on and you’re all set up for a tasty time. Red Wine Pairing: For red wine, nothing beats a northern Italian red for rich tomato based sauces. We’re opting for Mario Giribaldi’s wicked Langhe Rosso blend. It’s got a good amount of body, with touches of spice through oak ageing. These compliment the sauce well. Then, a good amount of intense red fruit flavours meld with the tomatoes in a delightful way. It also retains a nice amount of acidity. Pinot Noir, Barbera and Nebbiolo are all high acid grapes, but Dolcetto balances them nicely. Acid is needed here. Tomatoes are acidic so you need a wine that will match that. Beyond that, it cuts through the rich cheese and keeps the dish feeling lighter on the palate than it is on the stomach!
