How To Make Courgette Mini Pizzas | 45 Minutes Small courgette rounds are topped to emulate a mouthful of one of the world’s most loved foods - pizza. While you can add cheese or other lovely toppings to the mix, we think letting the tomato shine, (in the style of a Marinara pizza), is the way to go! Red Wine Pairing: We are looking to Montepulciano which is sometimes called the ‘perfect pizza wine’. It will stand up to the rich tomato sauce and the tannins have softened with this Tenuta Arabona offering as it has aged in the bottle. This means that it will not completely drown out the dish. The fruit flavours also aren’t as dominant as they once were which can serve to meld well with these savoury delights.

  • 4 tbsp Arrabbiata Sauce

  • Step 1
