Limoncello Fizz

In our opinion, two of Italy’s finest creations are brought together in this deliciously, light and summery cocktail. Limoncello for the uninitiated is an Italian digestif liqueur made with lemons. We have found that it works so well with cocktails and in particular prosecco cocktails. The complementary fruity and floral flavours of Prosecco work so well with the lemony and fresh bite of Limoncello

Ingredients
  • 12.5ml Limoncello
  • 7.5ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 100ml Prosecco
Method
  • Step 1

    Take a coup or martini glass and fill with cubed ice and water to chill down. 

  • Step 2

    Once the glass is nice and chilled, discard the ice and water and add the limoncello, lemon juice and top with half the prosecco. 

  • Step 3

    Give a gentle stir to mix the ingredients. 

  • Step 4

    Then top with the remainder of the prosecco.
