Lyres Italian Spritz is a non-alcoholic aperitif. Now it may seem counterintuitive to add a non-alcoholic spirit to alcoholic prosecco but stay with us. We have found the flavour of the Italian Spritz works in perfect harmony with the delicate prosecco and keeps the ABV down versus using an alcoholic aperitif. A tasty alternative to the Aperol Spritz!

Ingredients
  • 50ml Lyres Italian Spritz Aperitif
  • 100ml Prosecco
  • Top Soda
Method
  • Step 1

    Take a wine glass, goblet or flute (we prefer a wine glass) and fill with cubed ice. 

  • Step 2

    Add a 50ml measure of Lyres Italian Spritz, 100ml Prosecco of your choice and the top with soda. 

  • Step 3

    Garnish with an orange slice
