Prawn Cocktail

Prawn Cocktail | 15 Minutes There is something slightly retro about a Prawn Cocktail. However, it doesn't need to come with fanned out lettuce in an ice-cream sundae glass - although it can if you want it that way. Serve it however you like! It's simple, low effort, can be made in bulk and is in all honestly really quite delicious. Wine Pairing for Prawn Cocktail: White Wine - More specifically, light, dry white wines with good acidity and notes of lemon. This will not overpower the delicate flavours of the prawns and enhance the lemon juice while matching the acidity. This acidity in the wine also helps to cut through the fatty avocado and mayonnaise.
