Wine Delivery Information

Savage Vines use DPD Local to deliver your wine. Once DPD have picked up your wine delivery order from our warehouse in London, they will email you to confirm you have a wine delivery scheduled for the following business day. From here you can manage your wine delivery order. You can request it to be delivered to a different address or change the delivery day. If you are not going to be in we recommend using a parcel drop/pickup location. Then on the morning of the scheduled delivery, DPD will email and sms you again with a 60-90 minute delivery window when they expect to arrive at the delivery address specified.

97% of orders make it to our customers first time with no problems. However, when you are sending glass and liquid through a high volume delivery network there is a small chance it might get damaged. All orders are insured so if anything is damaged we will replace it right away at no cost to our customers.

We make sure that all the wine we source is high quality and made with that independent, family love you won’t find in the supermarket or high street shelves. We buy our wine direct from the winemakers which means you get banging wines at a banging price, delivered direct to your door.

Wine Delivery Costs

Below is a table of our wine delivery costs by product for orders delivered to mainland UK except for the Scottish Highlands:

Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish highlands & Isle of Wight

Wine delivery orders going to Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Scottish Highlands will incur a £19.95 delivery charge. Due to the cost of this we recommend you use a local business in the area unless you plan on purchasing a lot of wine to make it viable.

Wine Delivery Returns

Don’t like something in your wine delivery we have sent you? It’s unlikely but we understand as everyone has their personal taste preference. Feel free to send it back to the address below and we will replace it with something even more savage! No ifs, buts or maybe’s.

Any redelivery of orders will be charged £15 to cover the courier costs, as this is what they charge to return the goods to our warehouse and to redeliver.
