Chateau Picoron is a small, independent vineyard, just outside of the presitguous St. Émilion region, in Bordeaux.

Chateau Picoron is a small, independent vineyard located in the small village of Sainte-Colombe, just outside of the presitgious St. Émilion region, in Bordeaux.

It is here that Château Picoron farm Merlot grapes, on 4.5 hectares of gently sloping clay-chalk soil. Merlot is what the Right Bank of Merlot is synonymous with, yet Château Picoron are doing something truly unique.

While they offer the classic Bordeaux style aged Merlot, they also produce 100% Merlot’s of both the white and rosé style, certainly not something you see everyday.
